Chapter 1: We are peasants. Our passion for agriculture is a family heritage. Farmers since 1988, we started organic and sustainable farming in 2013 and now farm 39 hectares in certified organic farming. We farm with love for the land and respect for nature. Chapter 2: We are millers. Since 2011, we have continued to develop our range of flours, derived from our own production and processed at the estate in our stone mills. A varied range of exceptional quality that knows how to be appreciated by the most sensitive and demanding palates. One of our mills is exclusively dedicated to the processing of our gluten-free products. We thus guarantee flawless quality and traceability and are certified “gluten-free” by AFDIAG. We sell our processing products under the CONTAL FARMER brand. Chapter 3: We are cookie makers! This is indeed the taste that we cultivate in our artisanal and family cookie factory, because combining good, 100% organic and gluten-free is possible! Since December 2019, our cookie factory has been welcoming you to Banogne Recouvrance, a small village in the Ardennes where we cultivate our land. Both farmers, millers and cookie makers, we are currently the only ones in France to be certified organic and gluten-free (AFDIAG = French Gluten Intolerants Association)Read their story
