Since I can remember myself I’ve always loved to create, especially in the textiles field. I used to sew clothes for my dolls in my great grandmother’s sewing machine. She was a seamstress and crocheter and she tought me how to knit and crochet. In my teens I turned to other creative fields because knitting and crochet wasn’t fashionable and I remember being a bit ashamed of others to know that I knew how to knit. When I think about it I just get angry because of so many wasted years not knitting. It wasn’t until I was expecting my first child that I began knitting again. A few time after this project was born. A Clementina, named as an homage to my dear grandmother, brings you carefully handmade and ecological accessories for your baby and kids. I mainly use 100% organic cotton, spun and dyed without the use of chemicals. Every item I make is full of attention to detail and love.
