About Old Celt Apothecary

Old Celt Apothecary is a labor of love born from wanting the best product for my own use. I became tired of beard products on the market costing way too much and delivering way too little, so I decided to try my hand at making my own. I tried dozens of recipes I found online that failed miserably. I got rid of what I didn’t like in those recipes and kept what made sense, until I found the base recipe for my beard balm. My first product, Old Celt Beard Balm, is simple and to the point. We keep our ingredients list low and our quality high. Our balm contains cosmetic grade raw Shea Butter and Argan oil stabilized with Natural Beeswax. Because of this the balm is firm enough to stay solid at room temperature but melts as soon as you start rubbing it in your hands keeping chunking to a absolute minimum.
