ALGROUPE is a young innovative company that has developed a unique and eco-responsible process for the conservation of algae. She settled in January 2020 in a workshop in Trégueux to be close to the natural resource of northern Brittany. Through a unique lacto-fermentation process, it promotes local wild brown seaweed by offering a new ready-made food, the natural, healthy, organic, simple and responsible veget'seaweed. The product is very different from what we know with seaweed in taste, texture and use... - Very soft taste and soft texture.
