Discovered Seattle & Saigon at a farmer's market and bought one for myself because I am a chili oil fanatic. Was love at first bite. It is everything I've ever wanted in a condiment in this category. Crispy, actually tasty, garlicky, a little bit spicy. After polishing off an entire jar at home at record speed, I knew we had to get these for the store. Can't recommend it enough! If you have a pantry section at your shop, don't sleep on this. Your customers will thank you.
