Over half of the team at The Effortless Bow has intellectual or developmental disabilities. Our goal is to produce quality products in an inclusive environment bringing positivity and support to disability inclusion. Our mission is to create enjoyable and meaningful employment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our focuses include cultivating a positive inclusive work space, providing socially valuable experiences, and bringing the community together.
