Started in 2019 as a collab between Seattle bar veteran Jon Christiansen and Modernist Cuisine principal author Maxime Bilet, Looking Glass makes the most complex and aromatically beautiful cocktail/mocktail mixers money can buy. Each is spirit specific, delicately processed in small batches, and make great, no fuss, layered flavor cocktails and are also great as NA drinks combined with soda. LG makes a great gift or staple for the home cocktail enthusiast. Each 500 ml bottle makes 9 cocktails, and up to 16 mocktails.
