About Karen Rhodes Art
Karen started drawing from a young age, after attending college at VCU Art school in Richmond, VA. she honed in on sport fish when she moved to Hatteras, eventually starting her own business in 1998, trying to be different in what was known as a man's domain she created fish art with a humorous twist, this is evident in many of her pieces and designing apparel and accessories specifically for lady anglers. After many years, owning a couple different boutiques on Hatteras and Ocracoke islands North Carolina, she now creates art and products from her home on Ocracoke Island. Still creating fish art, Karen has added many useful products, apparel, and accessories featuring her art front and center. Creating fun sportfishing images to nautical humor you can find her products in the coastal market.
