A pastry chef since a young age, I became allergic to nuts at the age of 26, a bit frustrated that I could no longer enjoy praline-based delicacies, I worked on a product without nuts. After numerous trials, I was able to develop a product that allowed me to regain the sweetness, the deliciousness of praline. This is where Kâliner was born, the first spread without any of the 14 major allergens, without palm oil, BIO, Vegan. I not only wanted to make a product dedicated to people with allergies, but a pleasure to share for EVERYONE, that's why I worked on a delicious recipe for all those with a sweet tooth, allergic or not!
