About Cinder and Wick

At the peak of the pandemic in 2021, our Founder Laura was extremely busy in the clinical field and wanted a sanctuary to come home to after long and sometimes chaotic days. With studies of the olfactory and the benefits, she looked to home fragrance. Frustrated by what ingredients were found in big-box retailers home fragrance lines, she decided to develop her own with the cleanest scents possible. And finally, after thousands of hours of research and testing, and countless wooden-wick candle creations- Cinder and Wick was born in January of 2024.
