About RTF Distillers

Root to Fruit is a young company from Cologne that has been producing exceptional spirits since 2021. The team around the award-winning bartender Stephan Hinz comes from the gastronomy sector. We know what is important to guests. Together, we have repeatedly shaped the bar and beverage industry with innovative ideas in recent years, from a revolutionary ice block machine to environmentally friendly drinking straws. The name Root to Fruit also reflects the philosophy of our products: Each of our three spirits contains a complete variety of natural ingredients — from roots, stems, leaves and seeds to fruit. Our spirits don't fit into classic categories like gin or vermouth. We're going our own way. Our goal was to develop spirits that still offer full taste with a reduced alcohol content. All products are 100% natural and do not contain gluten, allergens and artificial additives. In comparison to other aperitifs or liqueurs, Root to Fruit products also have a significantly reduced sugar content.Read their story
