This is hard to know what to say..... Never received items. We had to stay on top of things with both Faire and customer. We were billed even after tracking showed items lost. At first the comunicationn was not best with vendor, but they stepped up and did try to resolve. So maybe 2 stars is tooo hard but it is upsetting to be charged for something lost.. and shipment was already showing after deliver expect date. I know they are working hard with Faire to do better. Best of luck
