About Fermenting & Co

Fermenting & Co is a microbrewery of Kombuchas and non-alcoholic fermented drinks founded in Les Sables d'Olonne in Vendée in March 2021 by two cousins. An artisanal & fermented drink, alcohol-free and low in sugar. Our Kombucha is brewed with organic and fair trade black and green teas. We flavor with juices and purees made by us. Brewed with a Kombucha mother, without adding CO2, the effervescence is natural and variable. The range quickly expanded with fermented herbal infusions without theine as well as a Ginger Beer using the traditional method with real fresh ginger sourdough! Being 40% less sweet than a classic non-alcoholic soda, you will always find an opportunity to enjoy a glass of one of our drinks.Read their story
