I am the proud owner of a Black Owned Candle Company in Illinois. I love to create and invent new self care bath and body products that are clean with no harmful chemicals or toxins. We always work to provide the most eco and environmental friendly products and packaging. Once the pandemic hit, in 2020, I began working from home and it gave me additional time to explore my creative side. I began researching and creating beautifully scented soy candles and recently added soap and body butters to create a spa experience safely at home. What I love most is I can be as creative as I want with no limitations. In the beginning of my journey I would make at home self care kits for family and friends during special occasion and post them on social media. Little did I know that my candles would create a wholesale deal for a small business and this my friends started Selfishscents Candle Co. SelfishScents provide the highest quality soy candles made with 100% premium soy wax and fragrance oils that are free from carcinogens or phthalates. We offer luxury cold process soaps that are hand crafted with natural butters and oils to moisturize and gently cleanse the skin. Our whipped body butters are also made of organic shea and mango butters infused with skin loving oils. Most of our body butters are lightly scented and non-greasy leaving your skin moisturized for hours. My current customers are spoiled and will not use any other soaps or butters.
