Each tumbler is individually packaged in understated retail-ready boxes that do a great job protecting the tumblers inside. The outside shipping box was a little too large for the 40 tumblers and was not packed tight...so the shipper thought they could stack other things on the box, which crushed the outside box and caused it to start to come apart. Thankfully, none of the tumblers tumbled out.
