About Le Beret Français

Le Béret Français was born from the meeting of artisans with exceptional know-how and an entrepreneur passionate about "Made in France." The charm of the beret works in France and abroad, through its emotional appeal, symbolic value, and simplicity. It was in the small village of Laàs, in Béarn, where the beret was created, that Le Béret Français launched in 2012, notably to preserve a unique and disappearing craft. Three years ago, we settled in Bayonne (where you can come to see us), to be able to produce more and continue our conquest of the world, with one idea in mind: to produce better to better respect the environment. Our berets are 100% made in France, by hand, and exclusively in our workshop with high-quality French merino wool, offering an excellent quality/price ratio to be accessible to all.
