Fil started close to home, with Shatta: the traditional Palestinian fermented chilli condiment known for its sharp, fresh heat and everyday versatility. Fil’s range takes that spirit and builds on it through natural fermentation, Fairtrade Palestinian extra virgin olive oil and purposefully chosen ingredients, creating products that are balanced, vibrant and full of depth.
