Kalpana always appreciated the luxury of eating freshly prepared, nutritious home cooked meals. At the end of 2020, she started working long hours, consequently relying on frozen food and takeout. For those hectic days, she made the decision to start preparing some simple one-pot meals. She recognized she had a business idea in her hands after observing how much her friends and family loved the simple, delicious meals.
