Never again, will I order from here. I was lied to for weeks about when it would ship/arrive . They had me go in circles , then used a different tracking number not the one Faire issued to track the package. After weeks they decide to ship it even after I told them not to. Go somewhere else, this has been a nightmare.

Customer purchased from us in february 5. unfortunately, we was notify to our old email address thats was associated with faire. Immediately we update to new email address and we inmediatly respond to her, to let her know the problem that we had with out account. We close the order in faire with a tracking and work in the order. We are shipping from Colombia, And notify her the order was in her way with a one free piece, as a apologize!
