About Burnt and Salty

Burnt & Salty is Bob Cook and Cris Miller. Born out of the combination of decades in food service, endless desire for big flavors, extensive consumption, and, most importantly, an inexhaustible love of condiments, our mission materialized in the summer of 2015: make and sell bold, unique condiments and be cool. Our products have been featured in Saveur, Travel & Leisure, skirt! Magazine, Eater and The Post and Courier; they are Certified South Carolina products. All have been tested by a Official Process Authority, manufactured by Bob and Cris in a DHEC approved Lowcountry kitchen, and reviewed by the Department of Agriculture.
