We search throughout the entire Boot for small, exclusively artisanal agri-food laboratories of the highest quality, which produce for us the best that their land can offer. The entire process is characterized by our careful supervision both on the food technology processes and on the meticulous selection of raw materials. Only by fragmenting the production across 23 laboratories scattered throughout Italy can we guarantee the highest specialization for each type of product: tuna from the Sicilian tuna fisheries, pasta from the pasta factories of Gragnano, tomatoes from the fields of Parma or from San Marzano in the Sarnese Nocerino area or even from Pachino, olives from the olive groves of Foggia or the western Liguria, honey from the Tuscan hives, vegetables from the Lombard gardens, breadsticks from the Piedmontese ovens, artichokes from the Lazio harvests, pesto from the Genoese mortars, capers from the Pantelleria rocks, anchovy sauce from the sea of Cetara, and many others.
