From The Ground Up is a Pacific Northwest brand creating high-performance, stylish apparel that donates to protect our trails and public lands. We find harmony in nature and prioritize the Earth over profit. All of our socks are made from sustainably sourced merino wool and eco-friendly yarns. They've been put to the test on the Appalachian Trail and the PCT and lasted thousands of miles without wearing out and preventing blisters. Inspired by the landscape around us, each sock features a different mountain in Washington including Mount Rainier, Mount Baker and the Cascade Range. Being made by hikers for hikers, we also give back to protect the trails we hike. For every purchase of our products 5% is donated to our non-profit partner Washington Trails Association to help maintain and educate hikers all across Washington.
