We apologize for that, we dropped off our order to be sent and was told it would be bubble wrapped and properly packaged. We did send replacements/refunds. However now we have a full time fulfillment center that handles our bubble wrapping and secure packaging. Thank you! —Le Divina • Dec 30, 2021
