Since 1983, Fudge Kitchen has been making confectionery by hand, using traditional techniques that have long been part of Britain’s food culture. While our range has grown over the years, our approach has stayed the same. Our Gourmet Butter Fudge was created to make proper handmade fudge more accessible, without compromising on quality. It now sits alongside a wider collection of British favourites, from brittle and coconut ice to caramels, all made with natural ingredients and designed to be enjoyed, shared, and gifted. All our products are hand made in small artisan batches, in our zero-waste production facility just outside of Canterbury. We use no artificial preservatives or palm oil, only good quality, locally sourced ingredients.
