I'm Raquel Belliard. The person behind R Belliard. Native New Yorker and love the big apple, but currently moved a bit more north to the Hudson Valley! Studied fashion design and worked in New York City designing women's lingerie for 5 years. After learning so much in the industry I wanted to open up my brand R Belliard that focuses on quality fabrics, expert craftsmanship, and pieces that make day-to-day routines a little more luxurious.
