As a nutritionist with dietary restrictions (vegan and gluten-free), I wanted to make snacks that not only tasted great, but were nutrient-dense, satiating, and had no weird stuff. The crackers had a good texture but, the coconut oil added makes them taste sweet which is odd for a savory cracker. The shipping fee was added then we got an invoice from Fedex for an import fee.
