FAQs: What is our return and exchange policy on Faire? - We accept returns and exchanges of unopened, pristine items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a refund, email your order number and reason for the return/ exchange to wholesale@touchland.com. Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee applies for returns. Opened or non-pristine items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Can we modify/cancel an order? - Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed due to our automated system. What are our processing and shipping times? - Processing times are 3-4 business days (excluding holidays), and all packages are shipped via FedEx ground which can take 5-10 business days for the package to be delivered.
