As the founder of Becoming Lighter health coaching, for the past 32 years I have been guiding women to lose weight and “become lighter” on all levels. My artwork combines my love for painting with silk dyes with my passion to inspire healthy eating. In this series Women Dancing with Vegetables, my goal is to entice the viewer to open to the possibility of a joyful relationship to food. This shifts “healthy eating” from a tedious burden to a gift from nature that is full of wonder and delight.
