The dishes I ordered for the store are pretty and practical. It's great that they are microwavable and dishwasher safe. Unfortunately, the fulfillment was much slower than I was told it would be. When I opened one of the sets, there was a broken plate. I have been trying to buy a replacement, but there is absolutely NO communication. None. My customer has been very patient so far, but he is becoming more urgent. I really just want a set of new dishes!!!
