I’m Abby, I run and make all products for Abby’s Art Atelier. I’m a Fashion graduate who loves to create beautiful fashion. Since graduating I have explored more art techniques including creating stunning jewellery! My love for creating started with fashion and sewing and has developed into so much more. I’ve always wanted to be a fashion designer and for people to feel fabulous in my clothes, which has evolved into jewellery, once I realised I couldn’t afford to make clothes to sell, but then I discovered polymer clay and I haven’t looked back! I use polymer clay and sometimes other materials to create one-off pieces of craft and jewellery, so anything you buy is unique to you. I love to experiment with techniques, ideas and materials to see what I can create. I used to get my clay out and go to town and see what I can make, but I have since changed my process to create unique collections by finding a theme, researching, sketching and then drawing ideas before creating amazing pieces around that. I love creating beautiful pieces with polymer clay – there are so many possibilities and techniques to try.
