About The Paleo Palate Cafe

The Paleo Palate Café specializes in making baked goods for ALTERNATIVE DIETS AND LIFESTYLES. i.e. all of our baked goods are essentially GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, REFINED SUGARS FREE, PRESERVATIVES FREE, SOY FREE and compliant with the PALEO diet with options in KETO and VEGAN dietary preferences. The Paleo Palate Café was founded in mid 2019 with an aim of providing clean and healthy food without compromising on taste. It all started when the founder Snehal was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder in 2017 and was prompted to follow a clean eating lifestyle following her diagnosis. I started with a series of experiments in my kitchen and at the same time I was on a search for food (in the market) that was made with clean ingredients and wasn't laden with refined sugars along with a 100 other unpronounceable ingredients. What I found instead were food products labeled as gluten free & healthy but were in turn laden with all kinds of artificial ingredients & refined sugars! If by chance I ever did find a product that seemed OK to consume it tasted like saw dust! And I realized there had to be a better way! And thus The Paleo Palate Café was born with an aim to provide delicious and nutritious food products without compromising on taste. We started with desserts and plan to expand into the snack category in the coming future.Read their story
