The slogan "Buckwheat Everyday" originated from Gabriela's personal journey of consuming buckwheat daily due to her struggle with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), which also led her to become a practitioner of Chinese Medicine. Buckwheat was the only pseudo-grain (actually a seed) she found easy to digest. After years of dealing with unpredictable IBS triggers, Gabriela discovered the benefits of buckwheat when she began incorporating it almost every day. Recognizing its potential to aid others with digestive challenges, gluten sensitivities, weight management, and overall health, she was inspired to share it widely. We are a women-run business with a deep love and excitement (emphasis on excitement) for buckwheat’s benefits, and we’re eager to bring its goodness to the world.
