We're delighted that Fruitbelt is now a menu option here at Faire! We wish we could meet in person but since we are camped out by the fruit trees, we'll send our greetings the old-fashioned way. Fruitbelt is a woman-owned company rooted in the heart of Michigan. We makes delectable sparkling NA tonics inspired by the life of the orchard. Blending tart fruit with regional botanicals and honey, Fruitbelt delivers refreshing complexity from natural ingredients sourced in proximity. Our first hyperlocal flavor, Apple Marigold, is made with pressed MI apples, Verjus (pressed unripe MI grapes), a variety of MI botanicals steeped together as bitters, and MI honey.
