About Mathom

Hi there, my name is Bre and this is my happy little brand, Mathom! I am a London, Ontario based maker and illustrator bringing you cozy happy pieces of art. From stickers to tees to totes and beyond, Mathom was born out of my joy to create in all different ways. All products are either hand drawn, originally designed or completely created by hand! The word “mathom” (rhyming with fathom) comes from J.R.R. Tolkien - a Hobbit word to describe trinkets, doodads or silly little gifts. Much like Tolkien's Hobbits, I wish to encourage a friendly and happy-go-lucky space with the peaceful softness that everyone deserves to enjoy. With heavy influence from nature and magic, it is always my hope to provide art and creations that invoke happy feelings.
