About Studio Flos

Claire Cassidy, working under the name Studio Flos, is a queer artist based in Sydney, Australia. She creates bold, playful and intricate paper art, which she translates into prints, stickers and other fun and colourful merch. When creating, Claire works almost entirely with hand-cut paper, to compositions bursting with colour, shadow and texture. Sometimes powerful, sometimes tender, her work embraces complexity, beauty and resilience, while still holding onto a sense of play and mischief. Each item is an opportunity for the viewer to pause, wonder, connect and smile.
