It all started in Louisville, KY, Dan Oliver’s hometown. That was where Dan, who always had a passion for cooking and experimenting with flavors, decide to share a seasoning blend he had been working on since college. Around 2014, he started sharing his seasoning blend with others, quickly earning the encouragement to bring his product to market. He ended up naming the seasoning Dan-O’s and never looked back. From the beginning, Dan would only use real, high-quality herbs and spices in his blend. And when he started taking measurements, Dan learned his blend out-flavored many popular seasonings with about a quarter of the sodium. Since then, Dan-O’s has been used on more meats, vegetables, and food products than you could count, earning its place as one of the most versatile seasonings on the market.
