This person is by far the worst person we have had to deal with through Faire. She said a pint was missing - but offered Faire NO PROOF. None. She said she called, but we received no calls (I have the call logs, not 1.), She sent no message through Faire - even though she did business with/through Faire. All she had to do was a replacement request, and offer proof. But she didn't.. And then, after getting blacklisted for lack of proof and Faire allowing this malicious and false comment to stand.. attempted to reorder using extortion of removing her malicious review! Comment received from Retailer: “Missing 1 jar of candied jalapenos. Please make this right as I've called twice to give you an opportunity to correct this and we have been good customers. I will remove the review once you've acknowledged and remedied the problem.” We are thankful for her though..
