Over a decade later our Founder, Casey-Jean Miller, is now a 500-hr therapeutic yoga teacher, clinical herbalist. What began in a kitchen has grown into a woman-owned studio nestled in SW Virginia, where we handcraft teas, body-care, and aromatherapy allies that help people feel good from the inside out—while making them smile with names like Calm the F**k Down and Trust Your Gut.
