About Girl Ran Away With the Spoon

Girl Ran Away was born out of creator Erin Thormodsgard’s love for old things and a need to create. It started back in 2006 with a few tools and only a couple styles of jewelry. It has grown steadily and organically over the last few years into a full time passion. It started out with one girl and her spoon and continues to adapt and grow with new “Spoon Sisters” joining the crew. It has been home-grown from a front porch studio, to an office space and eventually to the biggest adventure yet a full working studio and retail shop.
