In 2016, the huge Turkey Knob Farm garden, and efficient high-tunnel growing method featuring over 200 heirloom-producing tomato plants, produced record amounts of tomatoes and cucumbers. Connie Gross, half of the dynamic duo of Turkey Knob Farm, utilized amazing recipes in her arsenal, and developed new ones as well, to bring jams, jellies, salsa, and pickles to the marketplace. Since that time, Tim (the other half of TKF) developed delicious, and in-demand jalapeno product recipes. As more an more people fell in love with TKF specialty jalapeno condiments, a co-packer relationship was formed to allow our 4 jalapeno product offerings - Rattlesnake Relish, Jalapeno Butter (in Mild and Hot), and Candie Jalapenos - to be available to wholesalers. These delectable specialty condiments are loved by all and are the perfect combination of sweet and spicy!
