Tohi takes you into the world of chocolate where the flavors are still natural and raw. Travelling the world in search of subtle and sometimes little-known tastes, Tohi Maîtres-Chocolatiers rely on yesterday's traditions to innovate today. The Tohi, a jovial, plump, endearing, and like-looking little bird, was first observed in 2004 in the Serranía de los Yariguíes, a small remote mountain range in northern Colombia bordering Venezuela. The announcement of the discovery of Tohi then became a source of inspiration for the creation of our chocolate brand. The bird makes the link between different horizons, evokes the exoticism of travel, freedom and nature. It is a symbol of poetry, fragility and cheerfulness.
