Deep in the Aude Valley, in a classified site, the Castillou estate reveals a sanctuary of pristine flowers. Grown and distilled with absolute respect for man and nature, our flowers are our pride — and the unique ingredient at the heart of highly pure organic floral waters, free of pesticides and harmful products. In a family estate where a love for the land has been cultivated for generations, we work every day to produce rich floral waters: unfiltered, without preservatives, our floral waters are the result of a distillation that exceeds the ratio of one kilo of plants to one liter of water, this coming directly from the estate's source. The hydrosols we produce are regularly analyzed by an independent laboratory: essential oil content, composition, allergens and bacteriological quality. The results of these chromatographic analyses are available on request or directly on our website. The indications for the use of each hydrosol that we give for information purposes are taken from the work by the pharmacist M. Faucon (Treatise on Scientific and Medical Aromatherapy Volume 2 - Les hydrolats).
