I created Electra because as a former elite athlete turned "everyday hustler and doer", I was tired of all the sugar and calories contained in most popular sports drinks. I'm not working out 4-6 hours a day anymore. I can't drink 200 - 400 calories. Are you crazy?! Plus, all of my active friends, weekend warriors, former high school, college, pro athletes, and conscientious moms kept asking me, "When are you going to curate something the whole family can drink, and we feel good about giving our kids?" So, I went to work on creating something we could all be proud of.
