About I am Ecoist

My conscious journey started not too long ago when I started questioning myself why was all my food shopping wrapped in plastic. What purpose did it solve? I remember those childhood days when I used to accompany my Mum to farmers market when I lived in India, buying loose vegetables and fruits and bringing them home in a jute bag. Using stainless steel dinner plates, cups, lunchbox and kitchenwares. What happened to our environmentally conscious self? Where did we loose track? Was it all about convenience or were we programmed to think that way! So I started on my journey knowing that it’s not going to be easy to make the transition but I want to do my bit to save this planet and leave a liveable planet for my children. Like Albert Einstein once said ‘The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking’. These words stand very true to me and that’s why ‘I am Ecoist’ was born. I would be thrilled to be a part of your conscious journey and we will get there slowly but surely.Read their story
