Very impersonal and unfriendly at the end. Apart from the “formal” answers with the obligatory sentences, there was clearly no place for humanity. No, it was my own problem. Wash your products with ketchup, you had to see for yourself in the description. Etc. Really? And coincidentally, these products are no longer available. How would that happen. I'm already making purchases elsewhere. Thanks
