Driven by a personal health challenge, I founded EDERRA after being diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. When my doctor advised me to incorporate broccoli microgreens into my diet, I began a journey that would change my life. Leaving behind my role as Chief Creative Officer in the corporate world, I immersed myself in the study of microgreens, eventually opening a small farm dedicated to their cultivation. Drawing from my Italian roots, where good food and wellness have always been a way of life, I knew that the key to true health lies in daily routine, exercise, and quality nutrition. Teaming up with local farmers, biochemists, and experts, I created EMPWR+—a functional superfood supplement that embodies the farm-to-body philosophy.
