Nicola’s Chocolate is a Devon-based, bean-to-bar chocolate brand founded by self-taught chocolate maker Nicola Knight. What began as kitchen-table experiments during lockdown has grown into a flavour-led, ethical chocolate business with a micro-factory in Exeter. We work with carefully sourced single-origin cacao and pair it with thoughtfully chosen UK ingredients to create chocolate that tells a story - of place, people, and craft. Every batch is roasted, refined, and made in small runs, with a strong focus on flavour, quality, and transparency. Alongside our chocolate bars and drinking chocolates, we’re passionate about education and sensory experiences, helping people understand where chocolate comes from and how it’s made.
