When we opened our coffee bar Faebrew, we quickly learned that we would have to either buy beans off the shelf or pay a big ticket for a custom roast. This never sat right with us and we are looking to end this in the coffee industry in Canada. (That is what Tales coffee means, like we’re telling tales of each individual café/restaurant cause we’re all unique right)
