Thanks to the natural, mild sweetness of the vanilla, RÜBBELBERG can do without the high amount of sugar usually found in egg liqueur. To add a touch of sunshine and freshness, RÜBBELBERG also contains a hint of lime. Only high-quality ingredients are used. From organic eggs from a farm in Schleswig-Holstein to fine organic Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. Of course, a liqueur also needs alcohol.
