Additionally, we are revolutionizing the way liqueur is made: we strictly ensure that only sustainably, fairly, and humanely produced ingredients are used. And everything is 100% organic. With this, we are taking a new path. RÜBBELBERG - this is egg liqueur like homemade. Inspired by the classic recipe of the legendary liqueur, RÜBBELBERG takes a new path and refines the recipe with real organic Bourbon vanilla. Thanks to the natural, mild sweetness of the vanilla, RÜBBELBERG can do without the high amount of sugar usually found in egg liqueur. To add a touch of sunshine and freshness, RÜBBELBERG also contains a hint of lime. Only high-quality ingredients are used. From organic eggs from a farm in Schleswig-Holstein to fine organic Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. Of course, a liqueur also needs alcohol. Here too, RÜBBELBERG relies on sustainably produced quality: a locally produced organic grain from a northern German family distillery is used.Read their story
