Hi, thank you for being here! I'm Janine, an artist and illustrator based in Toronto, Ontario, and the creative mind behind Janine Payne Illustrations. I love experimenting with different media and trying new ways to be creative. However, oil pastels have stolen my heart and have quickly become my favourite medium to work with. Their textures and bright colours have become the foundation of my work and the heart of my small business! It's hard to believe Janine Payne Illustrations all began back in 2024 with a few silly oil pastel doodles in my sketchbook. Now you'll find my oil pastel illustrations on handmade stationery goods, like greeting cards, prints, stickers, and more. All lovingly crafted in my home studio.
